The National Socialist War Victim's Care (German: Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung, NSKOV) was a social welfare organization for seriously wounded veterans as well as frontline fighters of World War I. The NSKOV was established in 1934 and was affiliated to the Nazi Party.

This breast eagle was worn by members of the NSKOV. The black enamelled Iron Cross on it's obverse is lost to time leaving only the silver fascimile in it's place. Much of the original silver finish remains. On it's reverse, it has a working pin and catch. It is also maker marked M1/177 for Franz Klamt & Sohn, Gablonz am N. Overall good condition, priced to reflect some of it's flaws.
