The National Socialist War Victim's Care (German: Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung, NSKOV) was a social welfare organization for seriously wounded veterans as well as frontline fighters of World War I. The NSKOV was established in 1934 and was affiliated to the Nazi Party.
 
This breast eagle was worn by members of the NSKOV. The enamelled Iron Cross on it's obverse is in good condition. Much of the original silver finish remains. On it's reverse, it has a working pin and catch. It is also maker marked "4". Very minimal wear is present and visible in photos. Difficult to upgrade from.
