A one of a kind award from the Hungarian People's Army, named and dated 1988. Etchings on the plate depict rockets, fighter jets, radio equipment, and astronauts. In the center of the plate, depictions of army proficiency badges are present above and below the inscription. A loop is attached to the reverse for hanging. Very cool piece.
