Nice original Hungarian People's Republic medal for Merit in Public Security, 1st Class (gold). The ribbon on this award indicates that it was awarded to a member of the armed forces. Original presentation box has no major damage or wear and features a golden Hungarian national seal on it's cover. This award displays well but does have some small imperfections in the enamel which are visible in photos.
