A very rare American Legion medal from the town of Houlton, Maine. The obverse of this medal depicts Col. Frank M. Hume (1867-1939) and reads "Houlton Maine 1940" at the top and "Spanish, Mexican, World Wars" At the bottom. The reverse is maker marked by Robbins Co., Attleboro (Mass.)
