A very fine original American Legion medal commemorating the 19th Convention, located in New York in 1937. Working pin and catch on the brooch attached. Incription on the reverse reads "Up Fifth Avenue Again in 1937!" and depicts soldiers marching up 5th Avenue in NYC. A very desirable Legion medal.
