An exceptionally interesting example of the Korean People's Army cap insignia here. Most cap badges encountered are constructed of brass with a painted or enamelled center medaillion. This badge is constructed of 3 pieces, with the center medallion being constructed of a white plastic field and a red plastic star. All are attached through the center via a loop of rubber. A great piece for the DPRK collector!
