A very interesting badge here. This badge was awarded by an unknown organization "For Loyal Service" to a woman named Marie Waldersee in the city of Wollin. Working pin and catch on the reverse. Cast, heavy construction.

Due to the fact that the badge depicts a Pomeranian griffin, we can assume that the "Wollin" referenced on the reverse is the current day Wolin, Poland. At the time of awarding, the baltic city of Wolin was under German control. A nice early badge with some good research potential.
