An authentic Norh Korean armband here that remains somewhat unidentified at this time. This armband is constructed in the exact same way as the Traffic Girls armbands. When translated, it reads "CENSOR" however it's use is not fully understood and photos of it being worn are nearly impossible to find. Displays well, no obvious damage.
