First established in 1948 during the Hungarian 2nd Republic (1945-1949), and awarded in three classes (bronze, silver, and gold) with many variations over the 40 years of its use. This variation is known as the "rivet back". This Order of Labor is a 2nd class (silver) example, complete with ribbon bar and original presentation box. Condition is as depicted in photos, some wear and/or discoloration from age is present. Still displays quite well!
