A very fine enamel badge here from the People's Front (Narodni Front or NOF in Serbo-Croatian) with the inscription "za požrtvovani rad - 1948" which directly translates from Croatian to English as "For Self Sacrificial Labor - 1948" This badge is one of many badges we see from Socialist republics which is meant to recognize distinguished labor. It is in excellent condition and has a working pin/catch on the reverse. The People's Front eventually became the Socialist Alliance of Working People of Yugoslavia aka SSRNJ.
