An original WWII German DRK (Red Cross) cap badge here. This badge has lost it's original silver gilt on the obverse, and instead shows it's bronze base metal color. On the reverse, nearly all silver finish is present along with a clear "GES. GESCH." mark and working pin and catch. In good condition, aside from the finish loss.
