A very interesting piece here, and uncommon as well. This document is a mock obituary for the Greater German Reich, published and circulated in the Third Czechoslovak Republic, immediately after the expulsion of German occupation and subsequent German defeat in 1945. This obituary is in good condition for it's age but shows signs of folding and in some roughness to it's edges. It measures at roughly 8.25x10" and fits nicely in a protective sleeve.
