A nice piece here, and something that is becoming more difficult to find as of late! This armband would have been worn by a member of the Voluntary People's Druzhina working in Transport. While the Voluntary People's Druzhina is described as a militia, a more accurate modern term may be "Neighborhood watch." All ties are present. No major damage or wear.
