This is a fine original Order of the Red Star, Serial No. 971,872. This order was awarded to Dmitry Mikhailovich Tsybulnik on November 3rd, 1944 in recognition of long service. Lazarev served at the Yanov Military Aviation mechanic School as a Senior Technician for the Training Airfield. This star has some very slight damage to the 5 o'clock arm which is visible in photos, center medallion is slightly canted. Displays well.
