A very nice example of the scarce Soviet "Excellent Reconnaissance Scout" badge, complete with maker marked matching spinner on the reverse. No major wear or damage is present, enamel is in good condition without any significant cracks or chips. Condition is as depicted in photos. Post WWII manufacture.
