A very fine and early example of the "Winner in Socialist Competition" pennant. The reverse side reads "Advanced Brigade". This one has a heavy and sturdy construction with a sleeve sewn in at the top for hanging. It measures in at 23"x14" without fringe, which is also larger than many of the Socialist Competition pennants that are commonly found on the market. Nice pennant, likely from the early to mid 1960's.
