A nice original and somewhat uncommon badge here, part of a set of commemorative badges that were produced for the 700th anniversary of the founding of Rezekne, Latvia in 1985.  Distinct enamel pattern which resembles the Latvian SSR flag. Working pin and catch to the reverse.
