A nice serialized "Excellence In Socialist Competition" badge inscriped "Ministry of Construction" at the bottom, and depicting a construction scene. Serialized to the reverse, maker marked, and with matching spinner. Some oxidization is present on the reverse. Unfortunately this badge does show some enamel damage which is visible in photos. This pattern of badge dates to the mid/late 1950's. Approx. 35 mm tall.
