A nice and original WWII German heer (army) visor eagle here.  Two prongs remaining. Aluminum construction with silver wash. Maker marked "E.S.L. 38" on the reverse.

 
The German Army (German: Heer) was the land forces component of the Wehrmacht, the regular German Armed Forces, from 1935 until it ceased to exist in 1945 and then was formally dissolved in August 1946.
