A one-piece construction wartime M1915 Prussian/German belt buckle, painted field grey, as was the practice after January of 1915. The center of this buckle has been painted red, unfortunately the reasoning for this is unknown. The original owner could have been a communist sympathizer following the war, but the possibilities are endless. Some oxidization on the reverse which is visible in photos. Condition is accurately depicted in all photos.
