A very nice example of the somewhat scarce Soviet "Excellent Signal Corps" badge, complete with maker marked matching spinner on the reverse. No major wear or damage is present, enamel is in very good condition without any cracks or chips. Nearly all original finish remains. Post WWII manufacture, likely late 1940's/early 1950's.
