An interesting and relatively uncommon (I found few examples) badge here for a Soviet era automotive/touring club. This badge was likely meant to be installed on the outside of a member's vehicle, but because it was never used (and is marked on the reverse) I am entertaining the possibility that is is a table medal. In any case, it is priced affordably for your collection. Enamel is in good condition and without damage.
