The Order of Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the DPRK Foundation was created to award Party, Government, and other Socialist Organization leaders and workers who performed distinguished service (or meritorious achievement) in the implementation of Party policies or for actions that strengthened the military capability of North Korea. Awarded ONLY in 1968 to those working in government or political organizations at the time of the 20th anniversary.
