An interesting award here. This is an authentic Czechoslovak medal "In Memory of the Přerov Uprising." There is very little information available on this award, and I cannot find another example that has been serialized on the reverse. This one is clearly serialized "035"
 
The Přerov Uprising on May 1, 1945, was a spontaneous civilian revolt sparked by a false rumor of Germany's capitulation. Insurgents disarmed German and Hungarian troops and seized control of the city, marking the first major spark of the broader May Uprising of the Czech people.
