An absolutely beautiful medal here from the Austrian Association of Cyclists (österreichischer radfahrer-bund). This award is worn around the neck and features a unique and interesting suspension device bearing the logo of the association. The suspension device appears to be in the design of an enameled membership badge, and it is in excellent condition. The medal itself is finely hallmarked silver. The front of the medal shows three men riding bicycles, with the center man's arms being supported by the men at his sides. The reverse is dated 1930 and inscribed to the 1st prize winner of a championship competiton for "sechser-kunstreigen" which is the art of dancing on bicycles.
