An interesting piece of history here in fairly rough condition which is clearly visible in photos. Discoloration is present on the paper, as well as a small tear in the lower left corner of the photo itself. Some of this damage could potentially be cleaned by the buyer, if they so desired. This framed photograph was taken by T/5 Emanuel Greenhaus for the US Signal Corps. It is marked as being confidential. The entire framed piece measures at 10.75" x 13.5" - the caption reads:

Lt. Gen. Alexander M. Patch, Jr., C. G. Seventh Army, shaking hands with Col. Henry L. Jones II, P.R.O., Seventh Army, at a Christmas Eve party held at Headquarters, when he personally extended Holiday Greetings to Officers of his Command. To the right of the General is his Aide, Major John M. Warner.
