A very unique flag here, once a normal Ukrainian SSR flag which was repurposed as an organizational flag for the "Union of Soviet Officers of Ukraine." The inscription bearing the Union's name is hand painted on the flag. The flag itself is made of silk and shows some obvious wear and small repairs. A "one-of-a-kind" item.
