An interesting piece of Soviet exotica here. This large key commemorates the Hero City of Kyiv, Ukraine. It bears the city's seal inside of a fasimile of the Soviet Order of the Patriotic War at one end, with the city's historic gate at the other. Cast manufacture with bronze finish and lacquer applied. Finish bubbling is present and visible in photos. This piece was likely produced in the 1970's/1980's. A unique and interesting addition to your Soviet collection.
