Quite a rare medal here. This is an original Soviet Order of the October Revolution. Serial number on the reverse is 94, 152. This award is in excellent condition with perfect enamel and a nice natural patina. It is mounted on an aluminum kolodka. The Order of the October Revolution was the 2nd highest order bestowed by the USSR. 
 
The Order of the October Revolution was instituted on October 31, 1967 and awarded to individuals or groups for services furthering communism or the state, or in enhancing the defences of the Soviet Union.
