A very large and heavy Pennsylvania GAR (Grand Army of the Republic) encampment medal, for a delegate, dated 1894. This was the 28th Encampment of the Pennsylvania GAR, located in Philadelphia. A portrait of the Department commander is visible on the obverse. Excellent condition.
