The Trade Unions of Albania (Albanian: Bashkimet Profesionale të Shqipërisë, BPSh) was a mass organization of the Party of Labour of Albania during the socialist period which represented the interests of the working class in industry.
 
This badge is a B.P.SH. award for the "distinguished activist." I have several of them for sale, and all of them are in similar condition. Each badge is a screwback, and all of their spinners are maker marked.
